All of the people there were so kind and helpful and made me feel a lot less anxious about going to the doctor. The lady that took my blood did so good that my arm didn’t even hurt after. My PA-C, Sergio Hernandez, listened very thoroughly to my concerns and answered any questions I had. Thanks everyone for being so cool :D
Do not miss or be late on a single payment or you will be banned FOREVER. Seriously though even if it’s $50 even one time they will ban you from all locations and do it proudly. Please save the "sincere apology" for the experience I had at the Stone Oak clinic, this IS the experience you wanted this patient to have. Dr. ThanhVi Nguyen Was a A resident working at Christas Santa Rosa when my primary had assigned her to me back in 2021 or 2020 anyways she basically saved my life by making me get my blood work done and I reversed stage three kidney disease back to normal due to her diligence. This practice is only good for healthy people. When trying to schedule an ER follow up for a head injury, I was told there are no appointments for 9 days and I should have called to schedule earlier. So much for patient care
The most caring team. I love coming here and always feel heard and taken care of. Dr. Powell & Dr. Sergio Hernandez are absolutely amazing. The staff is always welcoming.
