I just wanna start off by seeing Sandra is the best PA I have ever had every time I come in here and dr nyguen They are so helpful so knowledgeable so courteous so kind. They really listen. I feel like I’m so heard and seen when I come into this doctors office by my doctor in my PA and the staffed. I will come here as long as this building is here.. PA Sergio Hernandez iv been coming here for 7 years and he has always treated me the best. He’s such an awesome guy. Just a joy to see. I love coming here he is a great guy. Simone took my blood I call her the vampire she quite literally did the best job I’ve ever had , seriously.
I cannot get the staff to fill out the Prior Authorization correctly! So it keeps getting denied because they don’t even try to correct it they continue sending the same paperwork without corrections over and over again knowing that it is the ONLY medication that works on you. They don’t even try NOT care what kind of nightmare the withdrawals are going to be on you nor the fact it can cost you your life literally, you are NOT important to them to correct their paperwork your life has NO VALUE with this clinic nor United Hea... read more
Dr Nguyen is so fantastic professional and knowledgeable. She is quite amazing. I enjoy coming here to see her. I hope she never leaves. Her assistant Simone is absolutely amazing she is so helpful and thorough when explaining things and so full of positivity. Both are so refresh.
