I had a wonderful experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The receptionists were both very kind and made the check-in /check-out process easy. FNP Crystal Banda was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. Paula at the front desk was a caring professional. She got me registered pretty quick for my appointment. During my registration process she assisted me with an unpaid balance on my account that needed to be resubmitted by billing. She took the initiative and called billing department on the spot and voiced my concern regarding a co- pay that should have been covered for my previous visit. Thanks again Paula.
I was nervous about finding a new doctor after 7 years. The girls at Health Texas Itati & Paula made it easy. PA Crystal Banda was awesome and listened to all my concerns. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.
Today I visited the doctor’s office, and the entire staff was very kind and welcoming. Stephanie helped me with my blood work, and she did an amazing job — I barely felt the needle at all.
