I had a great experience at my appointment today. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the visit smooth and stress-free. Doctor Aldrete took time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, everything went really well, and I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They were laughing and energetic making the experience even better. For a patient who hasn't gone to the Dr office in over 10 years I can truly say I felt welcomed. I love the fact that there's also multiple locations, I believe over 15 office alone in San Antonio! Stephanie, who did my blood draw, was excellent very professional, gentle, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. The front desk staff also did a great job getting everything set up for me. They were friendly and efficient, which made check-in super easy and stress-free.
Amazing staff. Very friendly and efficient. Paula, Stephanie, and NP Crystal Banda made you feel welcomed and at ease. It's probably one of the most efficient and no hassle family medicine appointments I have made. Minimal waiting and I had my labs drawn immediately after the visit. Definitely a five star team!
