I had a wonderful experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The receptionists were both very kind and made the check-in /check-out process easy. FNP Crystal Banda was fantastic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. I was nervous about finding a new doctor after 7 years. The girls at Health Texas Itati & Paula made it easy. PA Crystal Banda was awesome and listened to all my concerns. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.
Today I visited the doctor’s office, and the entire staff was very kind and welcoming. Stephanie helped me with my blood work, and she did an amazing job — I barely felt the needle at all.
Today I spoke to Priscilla who helped me coordinate my rescheduled office visit along with help on my two perscription refills. Excellent customer service skills. I've been coming here for years. Don't know how they do it but they show up every single time. Thank you Priscilla!
