My first visit~The welcome visit was very pleasant, comfortable, relaxed. The staff were very helpful. They took care of handling everything basically! No long wait time. Not yet anyway. A Friend highly recommend this place and the Dr. So far i would recommend them! Thumbs up!!! 👍
I had a great experience at my appointment today. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the visit smooth and stress-free. Doctor Aldrete took time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Overall, everything went really well, and I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend.
Overall I'm very happy with the service and experience at this Health Texas medical office, however today I really needed some relief from severe sinus pressure pain. I was prescribed an anitbiotic, but the Rx does not seem to have been sent to the pharmacy. My appointment was at 4:25pm. At almost 6, the pharmacy still had not received it. They said it wasn't at any other location either. And I remember confirming the correct pharmacy with the office. The office closes at 5pm, so I spoke to the triage line. Great staff, the time issue wasn’t a big deal for me. I was seen rather quickly than expected and my visit went smooth and quick. My physician was nice and respectful and overall the staff is nice.
My recent experience at this clinic was nothing short of absurd. Patients are told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and stood in a long, slow-moving line at the front desk. Because of their backlog, I wasn’t checked in until 5 minutes before my scheduled time.
