NP Stephanie Munoz is wonderful! She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes you feel completely comfortable. She is very empathetic and understanding. I am always nervous going to anything related to the doctor but she made it so easy. I left being cared for and seen and heard. Very content to be good hands with my health.

I decided to go to one of grandma appointment and I could not believe the lack of professionalism in here. First, why do you require for patients to be there 15 mins early but they are not seen by the DR 40min later. You are quick to cancel an appointment if the patient is 3 mins late? This is not right. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting with Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Muñoz, and I was blown away by her compassion and expertise. Although I was initially nervous, she quickly put me at ease with her warm demeanor. Her personalized recommendations and clear plan of action left me feeling empowered and confident in my care. I'm so grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring healthcare provider.
I arrived for my appointment 40min early which isn't the problem. I expected to wait since again I was here early. We'll my appointment time came and went. I'm not unaccustomed to Doctors running behind and I'm patient. We'll 30 minutes past my appointment time I here them call someone for my doctor who's appointment was after mine.
