I have literally never had a provider take the time to hear out my concerns and find specialists that I felt comfortable working with. My cousins come here and gave me the recommendation, and I literally cannot thank her enough. Tiffany Williams, PA is the main provider I see and she is awesome - truly takes the time to hear me, and appropriate check ins with medications - I cannot recommend her and Dr Calderon enough! I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Walter! Every interaction I’ve had with the professionals at Health Texas has been a genuinely positive experience. Dr. Walter consistently makes me feel heard, understood, and cared for. Growing up, I was lucky to have one pediatrician who managed my care until I turned 18. I had planned to establish care at this clinic, but this experience completely changed my mind. I rescheduled an appointment, yet I was still charged a no-show fee. The billing department instructed me to call the clinic directly to resolve it. When I spoke with an employee named Ellie, she was argumentative from the start, offered no help, and made no attempt to reach a resolution. I've given a 5 even though I am devastated that Dr. Walter is no longer with you. I don’t understand. No warning, nothing. I mean he's literally the face of Health Texas. He always took time, explained everything so even my husband understood. He always had positive attitude and never judged. Just helped. Wow what more can I say for as long as we have been patients with Health Texas we are always greeted with such a kind smile and genuine care from Michelle Jaimez. She goes above and beyond for us as a family and we all love her so much! Talking to other oatients in the waiting room they always say such nice things about her.
