shit job on HealthtackRx part, i reached to gavin our rep in thousand oaks for 3 weeks and was ignored i reached out to his old partner as well to get gavin to respond but nothin, Jennifer the regional manager did a shit job on reaching out to me as well, weve had Pts waiting more time for results as they should, and their delivery driver left our samples behind on purpose at exxer urgent care and told staff there they would leave ours behind and get it next day. DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM
Can I give negative stars? That would be appropriate for this company that has failed to do its job not once but 4 times. They originally sent us a bill for $125 for 3 lab tests for our child. Though our co-pay at most should have be $0 as we already pay the co-pay for the visit. They tole me they had somehow mixed up the member ID number of our child and sent the wrong number to our health insurance company. I have now called this company 4 times and they have continuously failed to submit the bill to our insurance company ... read more
