Received a bill 6mo after labs requesting $125. Annoyed this was so late and right after Christmas I decided to pay it in increments. This company contacted me several times a month with texts, mail and calls asking for the amount to be paid in full despite me making payments. Will try to never have labs done through them again what a nightmare.

Horrible billing experience. Been dealing with Bill since Aug 2024. Multiple phone calls. Spoke with multiple people. Continue to be told under review. They billed insurance, but said didn't get EOB. They bill insurance $785. But I can prompt pay for $125. Somehow out of network but Drs office sent specimen to them and Dr office said they are contracted with them. Think they are double dipping. Asked for supervisor, get put on hold and told supervisor will call me. Never get a call back.

Initially, I would have given 0 stars for my name Bing spelled wrong and the bill being incorrectly submitted to insurance. I sent a copy of my ID and insurance card and my account was sent to collections. When I called to get a copy of the bill to submit to insurance myself, the rating changed. DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE BILLING! This company sent me emails, text messages and paper bills every other day from the very get go, so I paid using their mobile billing option via the text they sent me. It was quick and easy and I received a confirmation text with a reference number for my payment. But the paper bills didn’t stop coming. The worst lab. Don’t get your tests there. The submit fraudulent and incorrect billing codes to get extra payment from your medical insurance company.
