Meals are awesome no complaints. And prices are reasonable Like to see more cauliflower rice as a substitute for all the jasmine rice meals. Definitely a healthier choice. For Healthy meals
The food is excellent, tastes great and is easy to prepare. Don't over think this, these meals do fill you. Everyone is different, I fast and only eat 2 meals a day. I am active and have been loosing about .3 - .5lbs a day. This option is better than fast food, just do it! Its a trial and error on the meals, make a list of what you like and only order those. The options in the store are limited a greater variety is available on their website!
I love this place, I've lost over 30 pds in a couple months, I stick to a few meals I really like especially the coconut curry chicken and Oscar and the staff have become like family. Really wonderful concept especially when on the go. Fast food is killing us. This is a much healthier option and probably costs a Lil less as well. Thank you healthy meals direct
I have been getting deliveries from healthy meals direct for years now. The meals never fail to be delicious and healthy, delivered to my door on time and with a friendly notification. Less expensive than the "big brands" and better tasting. Can't recommend them enough!
Been using since opened 1st Store . Think needs to consolidate menu and focus on quality and exact amounts in each meal . Way to many items to have good quality on whole menu . Especially lose the pasta meals . To make a low calorie pasta meal under 350 calories. Its like 2 meatballs and 2 ravioli . Cause those types of meals so high in calories and fat.
