Very impressed by this establishment! I've tried a lot of other meal prep options such as Factor, and a few of the local places - this is exactly what I need. Cost effective, delicious and real food. Great flavor, not overly salty or drenched in sauces and excellent for counting macros. Wish I tried it sooner.
Guys this place is wonderful. Food exceptional, items of plenty keto and calorie friendly. Comes ready to eat and frozen meals prepped and sealed. With sugar free choices of drinks. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. If your in the area and are looking for a health conscious choice of breakfast lunch or dinner go here. Hell stock pile for the week lol also priced very well
Clean real food, everything is so delicious and low calorie. Better than any other meal program I’ve tried. Very reliable I have been getting meals for a few years now and they are constantly improving
I lost my goal of 5 pounds while eating Healthy Meals. The taste and portions are great. Although priced a bit higher than I think they are worth I am still a devoted customer.
I’m a new customer to HMD & I love it. I can’t believe how good the food actually tastes & how well the meals are portioned! So far I’ve tried the chicken sausage over penne, the balsamic chicken & the beefy broccoli Mac & cheese. Every single meal was delicious & filling (and I’m a really picky eater) Would absolutely recommend & I am definitely ordering more in the future!
