I deal with Ryan Douglas with my hearing aids for the last 6 years. Tremendous service and attention. Highly recommended. The staff, there are very friendly and willing to assist.
Called and got in same day! My son had blockages in both ears. Front desk was very friendly and the Dr, professional yet relatable. Highly recommend this business and commend the staff on their customer service .
Ryan’s professionalism/expertise is to be noted in that he was most patient in ensuring that the right hearing aid was most suited for his client. He definitely led me to the right hearing aid that I was unaware that I needed! Now, I can hear so much better than before!I He answered all my questions/concerns with a smile! Also, the receptionist was most gracious and patient with me. This is the place where I got assistance with empathy and grace!
Ryan takes time and makes time for his clients, he always makes one feel very welcomed and valued, and has a kind and professional manner. Angie at the front is fabulous to arrange things through. I cannot express how much I appreciate this clinic.
Audiologist was very kind and personable. Staff was also the same. Would recommend based on customer service alone. My dblockers I ordered are custom but will take over a month to come in. Would like if it was shorter wait times
