In the past I've recommended these folks highly for hearing aids. I don't recommend the Ottawa location at all. Extremely hard to book an appointment. Emails go unanswered after staff leaves - they don't even take the simple step of putting up an auto-reply letting you know the email is no longer monitored. Services have changed (for an example, ear wax removal no longer offered - one of the services I was told would be available) with no notice to clients. Frankly, its appalling. Good staff and great location. It's the place to go if you have issues with hearing. Pretty fast service too.
I was initially disappointed, when we arrived at the Carling location, for our appointment to get a blockage in my Son's ear suctioned out. We were told they don't have this service there. Our Dr has already tried to remove it with water 3 times. The Staff at this location quickly worked to get us a same day appointment at the General Hospital location, and the Staff there were wonderful! The appointment was successful and they saw my Son has an infection as well. He is now able to hear again and is on the mend. Thank you!
well I did have great and excellent service with Hala who I think is still the hearing technician, however I have been waiting since last summer to hear about a request I had put in which was paid by ODSP and this was last summer which still has not been delivered to me. I have not heard or seen any replies to any of my emails cept the recep. I am not too happy with services!
