I had a wonderful experience with Hear Canada Oshawa. The audiologist Lauren Schofield was extremely helpful throughout both the visits. My mother has been facing hearing challenges for quite some time, but this wonderful organization and Lauren have been incredibly supportive in helping her with the necessary tests and hearing aids. Lauren did a great job clearing the ear wax blockage that has been bothering me for a week. I even brought my daughter for a hearing test and remove excess wax from her ears. Lauren is really patient and great with kids. She made sure my daughter is comfortable with the whole process of test and cleaning. The experience with the clinic is very good with Matt making sure that the family is comfortable while waiting for our daughter's test. We will be back for sure to the clinic if we may need any help with ear issues.
Lauren did cerumen removal for me and my husband; she did a fantastic job! For the past few weeks my left ear was blocked and I had trouble hearing. Within 30 minutes she cleaned it out and now my hearing is even better than my right ear! Thank you, Lauren :)
Lauren was fantastic with my 6yr old. We have been battling ear wax for months and Lauren was able to remove it all in about 20 minutes. She was so gentle and caring!
