The audiologist is really cheerful, friendly, open, nice, and especially generous. Believe it or not, she offered me the service for free. It is really generous of her, but for a good service like that, I'm more than happy to pay. The other staff there are also friendly, too.
I would sincerely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a hearing assessment or hearing aids. They helped my father-in-law in getting his hearing aid and most recently my elderly mother. They are knowledgeable and compassionate with the elderly, aware of individual challenges that some older clients may struggle with. Karen provides a very comprehensive service. She will fit your hearing aid and make sure its the right model for your type of hearing loss. She has been in the industry for over 30 years. She is always up on the latest technology. She is not like the "big box" hearing aid dispensaries. If you want a good fit and a hearing aid that actually will help she is the person to call. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
My 19 yr-old daughter has been suffering from terrible, terrible tinnitus for the past 4 months. We have been to so many specialists, all of whom told us that there was nothing to be done for it.
