Wonderful clinic, was able to see me on short notice for sudden hearing loss. Very friendly and compassionate experience. Thank you to Akshatha and team. Update for the team: Oral prednisone day 5 and my hearing has mostly returned. Thank you again. For others, do not waste time with sudden hearing loss. I cannot say enough good things about Hear Canada (1917 Baseline Rd branch) and Bradley D'Alessandro and his team. I brought my uncle to buy his hearing aids a couple of years ago and was surprised by their closure. However, we've been happy with their service ever since the reopening. Price is a bit higher than Costco's, but the after purchase service is worth it. I'm bringing in my grandmother and mother for their hearing aids as well.

Excellent service! Staff is really helpful and really ready to listen. I work as Health Navigator for Newcomers to Canada who might not know how to navigate the healthcare system. Carrie the receptionist was so pleasant and ready to help. Dr. Melanie Baur was so patient and ready to support client finding resources for coverage for their specific device needs. She is also culturally sensitive and appropriate. My client had amazing experience. I would highly recommend this clinic and this provider.
