The audiologist was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my hearing/ear problem and cleared a wax buildup, and also performed a hearing test. I was very impressed and grateful for the service.
The Audiologist that is there now is really good. They pay for parking. The only issue you may have is if you are coming with a senior, it's very rare to get a handicap parking spot here.
So unprofessional. Completely dissapointed in what is supposed to be a responsible business. I get my hearing test, order one hearing aid needed, wait for my delivery and this precise day I receive 5 reminders so as not miss my appointment. I get on time, and my hearing aid is not there, and they don't know when i'll get it. Very well, you just lost a client, though not a patient. I will go somewhere else. Even Costco is a lot more serious.
Excellent and attentive service. Bilingual receptionist. They take the time to help customers and answer all their questions.
