I love coming here and getting my ears cleaned. The front desk staff and Diana are very helpful and welcoming. They have. Helped me through my anxiety episodes of my hearing issues. Highly highly recommended.
Wonderful and welcoming staff! The hearing technician is so pleasant to work with, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best. Would highly recommend coming here!
Just writing this review because the only other review is a vague 1 star with no explanation on why, and I think that is unfair. So here is mine. Went here the first time a few years ago, and they were very helpful in setting me up with re-conditioned hearing aids for a very good price. After a couple of years they were still working okay, but my funding came through for new ones, so they started the process. It took a couple of weeks to get them in, and then it was difficult to get in to get fitted/set up due to my working ... read more
I found the front desk and hearing tech to be of great help. They were kind and understanding of my needs and made sure I got what I required. This company and this location have been my go to for many years. White Rock can seem a far jaunt but I use it as an opptuinity to enjoy the beach while I am there. Thank you for all your help.
