Excellent hearing aids. Should be a 5 star rating. Overall good service till they missed calling me to set up service of the hearing aids before end of warranty is Sept/Oct 2021. This feature was promised at the time of purchase. When I realized we had missed the appointment and contacted them, I was told It was 7/8 months over and the could not perform the promised service. These ladies fit me in last minute for a hearing test. They are super friendly and the environment is super clean and professional. If I need anything to do with hearing again, this place has my business. Not entirely sure about the experience Ron had, but I reckon he himself is the type of gentleman that isn't very easy to get along with. I experienced nothing of the sorts. Very friendly and professional service. The tests were clearly explained and Shauna made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them. It was a true pleasure dealing with the staff.
Bad experience. After arguing about billing and payment. She changed her initial assessment of tinnitus to a milder rating. When questioned on this she provided a lame reason. Overall negative experience. She took a dim view of me from the moment I stepped in her office. Quite frankly, we were gobsmacked at the poor evaluation and weak assessment. Despite credentials indicating superior qualifications I strongly do not recommend.
Brought in a malfunctioning hearing aid I purchased from another provider and they fixed it free of charge. Very friendly and professional service.
