Informative. Friendly. Kind. Both is very hard to breathe if allergies or asthma. Everything is beautiful.
In spite of a poor outcome on a hearing test, the audiologist was honest enough to recommend a specialist instead of hearing aids. I appreciated that! He really seems to know his business! My husband has been going here for years and is also happy with the service he gets here.
I booked an appointment with them and when I arrived they had not bothered to show up to open the clinic. No calls cancelling my appointment or to reschedule. Eventually I found that they have a notice on an obscure media page that indicates they are closed today but it is not easily seen. Very poor business practice to not inform your patients of a known closure date.
Friendly, knowledgeable, had all “insurance” paperwork filled out prior. The units are better than expected. Process was very simple. The only place I would recommend to anyone.
Refused to help my mother because she is unable to wear a mask. Had zero compassion. I will never take my mother to this place again!
