I have had hearing aids for 30 plus years and I havr never in my life been charge $26 per ear for tube replacement; at most it has cost me 50 cent for a peice of rubber tubing per ear.... avoid place at all cost since they over charge and take advantage of those on disability pension.... no matter what one tries to do to correct this, I will never go back since my first impression of the place was horrid.... I recommend Union Hearing in Toronto!!!!

They advertised a trial hearing aid. I asked on the phone about the strength of hearing aids they were sampling. They said they had all sorts of types. When I arrived they only had one type that wasn't strong enough. A waste of time. Marketing needs to talk to the end store as the person setting up the demos has no idea the products they can demo in store.
