Have been there several times with my hearing aid problems, none of which have been resolved. It would have been nice to deal with the same staff, but it was always different, even the receptionist.
Usually good service from one of their satellite offices, and very nice staff on the phone. However, whether through miscommunication or disorganization, trying to pick up a recently fixed pair of hearing aids has been a trial of frustration. I am sorry that short-staffing has led to other offices taking the bulk of phone calls, but that is a very unproffesional way to run a business, if people don't know who or where they are calling. I visited helix around 12:30-12:45 today, and had a TERRIBLE experience. I was picking up hearing aid batteries for my grandmother who is in the hospital and therefore cannot go herself. I called earlier in the morning and explained the situation to the receptionist where I made a curb side appointment for 1. I showed up earlier than expected but seen no cars in the parking lot , so I did not think it would be a problem. HA. IT'S A PARKING SPOT HELIX! One of your employee's at the Wharncliffe location decided it was okay to write down my mother's license plate number just because we parked in the 'Patients Only' parking space because there was NO WHERE else to park at that time being and OF COURSE at the time she noticed our car no one was around anymore so she wrote down the nunber! My mother has dealt with them for years. I have taken her on her last couple of appointments and the customer service is great. My mother is very happy with the service on her hearing aid. Would reccomend this place.
