Great experience with getting custom fitted ear plugs. Minh was able to recommend exactly what I needed and even made last minute adjustments to make sure it fit my ears perfectly. Very kind staff and receptionists.

Usually good service from one of their satellite offices, and very nice staff on the phone. However, whether through miscommunication or disorganization, trying to pick up a recently fixed pair of hearing aids has been a trial of frustration. I am sorry that short-staffing has led to other offices taking the bulk of phone calls, but that is a very unproffesional way to run a business, if people don't know who or where they are calling.
