brought my 78yr old mother to her 6 month hearing appointment at 1020 Lorimar st. in Winnipeg on, May 12, 2025. I am visiting from out of town. We had just come from the mall where my elderly mom had purchased a new iPhone. I thought would be great timing for the technician to help my mom make sure her new phone and app was working ok. I did not see any wifi showing for the HearCanada location. I brought my mum, who has Alzheimer's, for a hearing test and to purchase new hearing aids. This was not my mum's first set, and the 2 experiences we had while testing and purchasing could not be more different. Marcia was so thorough and explained everything so well, and she was so gentle with my mother. We had a wonderful experience. Since then, my mum has lost one of the hearing aids, so we've had to order a replacement. Debbie is such a delight to work with. What a wonderful team.

I went here for a hearing test and while it was impressed by the professionalism I feel Bob lacked compassion an empathy He said that I had nerve damage in my right ear causing me to not hear 3,000 hertz at normal levels He was smiling and giggling about it

Very professional and extremely informative.......answering all questions through extensive and relevant hearing examination. Thank you to the staff and especially audiologist Bob.....who obviously is impassioned in his career.......thank you.......:)
