We had a wonderful experience today with our young daughter. The audiologist that we saw, Chantal Gascon, was so patient and thorough. I can't imagine doing a hearing exam on a 5 year old is a walk in the park, but she made it seem that way! We very much appreciated her calm, caring, and competent demeanor. Everyone else that we encountered in the office was friendly and efficient as well, and we had a seamless experience with booking.
Bought a hearing aid just over 3 years ago. Stopped working a few months after the warranty had expired, of course. 600+ to send for repair, which does not guarantee it would get fixed or buy a new one for 2300$+ nope. I'm very disappointed.
I use Helix for my custom swimming ear plugs. I've always gotten good service and I'm happy with the price I pay. Would definitely recommend any serious swimmer invest in some custom ear plugs, worth every penny.
This office appears to be disorganized. They double book appointments and are not actually ready to receive patients when they open. The audiologist told me she would send an urgent report to my doctor which was not done until I followed up three business days later.
Professionals staff, very knowledgeable, technician was very thorough and took her time and made sure that everything was intact with my hearing aid.
