Hearing Instrument Specialist, Katie Black put me through a very thorough hearing test consisting of different frequencies at different volume levels, and then a recorded voice saying words which I had to repeat. The only stumbling block was the pronunciation at times, was a little different from what I'm used to. Thank you Katie & staff.
My husband and I came here for ear flushing. I had previously visited 2 other doctors offices and they weren’t able to flush my ears but Katie was and she was amazing. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and truly cared that my ears felt better before leaving her office. Also the office admin was very friendly! 10/10 experience!
