I have had issues with ear wax build up for years & typically need to have them professionally cleaned out at least annually. This year, I booked with Hear Canada. Brianna Todd was my hearing specialist. Brianna is very knowledgeable & has a warm & patient personality, best yet, she used a suction machine rather than irrigation. After visiting the team at HearCANADA in Fort Erie, they quickly, painlessly, and professionally cleared out years of blockage and it was like hearing for the first time again! And it didn't break the bank either! I highly recommend making an appointment with them if you have any hearing related concerns, you're in good hands.
I have had such a positive interaction with this company and especially the two ladies that deal with my hearing issues. When I have an emergency they deal with the issue immediately and never kept waiting. Yes the cost is very high but worth it in every way. I recently had my hearing tested at this clinic. The staff are very friendly and professional. The audiologist explained the testing, made sure I was comfortable and answered my questions. It was a very positive experience.
