Fantastic place with fantastic service. My 4 year old was taken care of so well she sat and did a full hearing test. Even my 2 year old was happy in there. Highly recommended.
We had an issue with the Kincardine location, so we went to the Goderich location - what night & day! The Goderich staff were far quicker (they were able to get results in 15 minutes, when Kincardine couldn't get results after 3-4 visits and 30-60 minutes each visit) If you need to visit Sound Therapy - make the trip to Goderich! The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent facility for hearing impaired people. Compassionate and especially caring staff. Hearing aids and diagnostic for everyone needing help. Large carpark. Good for handicapped or disabled using wheelchairs and who suffer with mobility issues.
they know their stuff and offer great service. Joscelin, is the best audiologist there is.
Good service took me right in fixed up my hearing aids and lots of parking not long wait
