This place is great. The staff are helpful and happy, I couldn't ask for better service really. Got my ears checked which was pretty cool with the sound proof tank. Custom ear plugs were cost effective. Which have been one of the best investments I've ever made. Highly recommend this clinic!
I have no idea how the rest of the staff is as we have yet to make an appointment. Just making an appointment was difficult. The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. She was so unhelpful and unpleasant, I could barely get any information out of her about their services except the price. Hopefully this is not a reflection of the the clinic overall because if there was anywhere else in Guelph that provided the type of service we require I would go there.
