Dr. Allison is fantastic! The entire staff always treats us with kindness and patience. We are grateful to have such wonderful people treating our son.
It is extremely easy to book an appointment online. I did the online hearing test and asked for follow up. I had a call back the same day and an appointment in the next couple of days. Once at the appointment the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
They charge you for the audio exams which are not covered under OHIP or group insurance plan. I would recommend to get your test done at other centers which are free of cost. After the Audio exam I was also not advised the reason for the Tinnitus, which is the sole reason I went to see an Audiologist at the first place.
The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. The Audiology Technician is very knowledgeable and accommodating, plus very personable.
