Amazing experience from start to finish! The online booking is super convenient. The staff was friendly and patient with my elderly mother. The fact that mom left the appointment with new hearing aids was exceptional. What a difference for her quality of life! Would highly recommend the folks at Hear Canada

It is extremely easy to book an appointment online. I did the online hearing test and asked for follow up. I had a call back the same day and an appointment in the next couple of days. Once at the appointment the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
They charge you for the audio exams which are not covered under OHIP or group insurance plan. I would recommend to get your test done at other centers which are free of cost. After the Audio exam I was also not advised the reason for the Tinnitus, which is the sole reason I went to see an Audiologist at the first place.
