My experience at this audiology clinic was excellent from start to finish. The audiologist was prompt, professional, and very thorough with my hearing test. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease during the entire process. Sarah at the front desk was also fantastic—so friendly, efficient, and accommodating. She made booking and checking in a breeze. The whole visit was smooth and completely stress-free. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality hearing care.
Great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, caring the list goes on. I have very sensitive ears and Busra took her time with me. I appreciate the care and the after care pointers. Would recommend to anyone who wants/needs to see an audiologist.
Honestly this Hear Canada location was amazing ! As soon as you walk in you feel the warmth and compassion from the receptionist to the audiologist! They are kid friendly !
