Dr. Hao was sincere, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff and gave clear instructions when guiding me through the hearing test. She was also very helpful in explaining what my results meant and answered all my questions and concerns with patience, compassion and understanding. The front desk receptionist, Stella, was friendly and helpful with booking my test, and called to remind me of my appointment when I forgot to reply to the confirmation email.
