As the spouse of someone with a severe hearing impairment, I do not suggest the services of this office. They're slow to get anything done, he's been over a month without his hearing aids and the disability office faxed the approval over yesterday, they say they haven't received it. Interesting, makes a person wonder if they actually looked. Life without his hearing aids is extremely difficult, I wonder how many of the staff at SRHS can relate and also live with a severe hearing impairment.. My guess is none. Time to go els... read more
They need to go back to school and learn how to program hearing aids,i.went back 3times to have my hearing aids setup,for my hearing,the audiologist had no clue how to ,very sad that he couldn't set them up ..my first hearing aids i got were set up great..then find out the person that set up my first hearing aids has left,this place..too bad she was great.. I would never say go here for anything go some were eles...
Stellar service, warm friendly people, and if you have to use the washroom, it is absolutely spotless and pristeen. You feel good being here.
