Brenda was very knowledgeable and very patient when introducing and educating us on how to use our new hearing aids. Her demonstrations were very helpful and easy to understand. I may have been a “bit” resistant to the idea of hearing aids but Brenda’s empathetic approach helped me get past any concerns i may have had. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending HEAR USA!
I will give only 1 because my hearing aid right side problem was not resolved. The provider even does not take time to examine, say it is good, but the problem is the side hearing is very small, so when you use it the sound is not balanced you can not hear it clear. I have made an appointment to go back again but this time if she can not fix it it’s going to be a waste to me. Lah Wah Customer Hear USA Still Have Hope!
I met with Brenda for the 1st time at the Hearing USA Roseville clinic to order new hearing aids. Previously, I had my appointments at the Maplewood clinic, but the guy I had been meeting with (Jason) no longer worked there. What a night and day difference in clinics. Brenda was so helpful. Great experience, can hear great again!!! My Signia hearing aids, that I purchased through Hearing Care solution under my insurance, are two years old. I hear So well with them and an so grateful to have them. Prior to coming to HearUSA in Roseville, Minnesota, I had to take one of my hearing aids in for repair. The hearing Care solution person that tested me and sold the hearing aids to me, Retired so I could not go back there. Tara was excellent with checking Arlen's hearing aids. She offered suggested and told us we could order wax filters from Signa, the name of Arlen's hearing aids. Tara has always been professional, listens to our concerns and is encouraging about Arlen wearing his hearing aids. Thank you
