Meeting Kim in 2014 was every answer to all the challenges I was having with my hearing loss and my disappointment with hearing aids I had purchased. Kim and the entire staff at Chears are friendly and knowledgeable. I received my musicians earplugs in a timely fashion and they fit great!

Great experience. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great conversation. Ran thru all the tests, what they were checking for and went thru the findings. My last hearing test was before Kindergarten....many years ago. I didn't have an issue, but was in good hands if I did.
