My 11-year old desktop was dying....went to H&S for an upgrade and ultimately purchased a used system that James & Maury upgraded and customized for dual monitors, reinstalled backups, etc, Works great and have had excellent after sale service to tweek it after installation at home. Best customer service I have ever received face to face! First let me start by saying that when I tried to install a new graphics card it caused a virus in my computer to act up and I could not even start my computer without it going to blue screen. At first I assumed it was something I did wrong installing my new card incorrectly. Took my desktop there to have the hard drive replaced. They replaced the hard drive and copied my files from the old hard drive to the new one. They were friendly and took care of business quickly and efficiently. Excellent choice for computer repair.
