Since Cube Smart took over, the price has gone up a decent amount. They did let us know ahead of time, and everyone I’ve dealt with have been super kind and friendly. Storage units are clean, and all though the price went up a decent amount, I haven’t had a better experience with a storage facility
I loved the woman at the front desk! She helped so so much with our storage unit. She is so funny and has the best conversations. She will go out of her way just to help you and make sure she does her best. Definitely go here there’s amazing customer service and it’s affordable pricing too!
the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. she was really welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with all the information. I would definitely recommend to go here, it is affordable and the units are spacious.
Kate was exceptional! Her knowledge and information about the rental process was so helpful. She was very friendly and customer service oriented which made the process even better. I would give 10 stars if I could.
