Nick was very nice and very helpful. But Cube texted us like 4 times when we were coming to get our unit. Never once did anyone mention we needed our home owners insurance. So of course when we went there we couldn’t get one. So we did go back, paid for it (good deal on that first month) and put our stuff in. The lock in the unit doesn’t work right. We did get it to slide but it needs some work. It does not line up.
Great place to store!! And Tony top notch customer service representative!!! Very professional and goes above and beyond Will continue to store there with a trustworthy person there like Tony!!! Highly recommend
The general manager of this storage facility, in Crete,IL. Cube Storage is very knowledgeable he went over and beyond to handle and satisfy my storage needs and believe me he would do the same for future new customers as well existing customers at the CubeSmart ,Crete.IL facility. Thanks Tony.
My mom and i went in there on 3/8/2025. The gentleman we dealt with was absolutely wonderful. He answered all our questions was kind and considerate. I believe his name was Justin. Anyways we will recommend smart cube to our friends and family. Its nothing like it was when they were the former storage place. They have a lot of cameras and are in the process of remodeling the offices. Definitely beefed up their security. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Tony was very kind and professional. got me taken care of and went above and beyond to offer advice and helpful tips.
