My mom and i went in there on 3/8/2025. The gentleman we dealt with was absolutely wonderful. He answered all our questions was kind and considerate. I believe his name was Justin. Anyways we will recommend smart cube to our friends and family. Its nothing like it was when they were the former storage place. They have a lot of cameras and are in the process of remodeling the offices. Definitely beefed up their security. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Sign up was quick and easy. I had some questions about my account, and Austin in the office was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Facility is well kept and lit, and units are clean and spacious.
Great experience with customer service. They called to confirm my reservation and it was no pressure as to the time I would arrive. The location was easy to get to also. The unit is very newly built so it was definitely clean. The price was also unbelievable for the space I rented. The June special was amazing. Overall great experience so far.
I've had my unit for a year now I'm really happy with the location the price and customer service i definitely recommend this storage facility
