Where should I start with all the issues I've ran into in dealing with this business.....from the broken gate staying open overnight and letting anyone in to the amount of nails, screws, and other trash on the ground waiting to flatten a tire. Since there aren't any actual employee's working at the facility during business hrs and an overworked maintenance man who is only there a few hrs a week....these things go unseen and aren't addressed. I started off on the phone thinking about how much I was going to want to probably just hang up. But from the time the guy on the other end picked up he was very polite and courteous he told me that everything was going to be okay today he was going to make sure I got everything I needed and he sure enough did.
