When I heard from the previous owners that they were selling the business I was sad. I have been with them for years. I was battling Head and Neck cancer. I didn't need anymore stress. When I spoke with the Hearthfire representative the first, I was so humbled. She made me feel like it was them that I had been with for years. The transition was so smooth and a true blessing. The storage is very nice and clean the costumer service lady was very professional and polite and was very helpful so far the experience with the storage company has been great
These people bought an old storage facility, never mailed out information about the switch, had tons of computer issues, and then split our two units to two different accounts. These issues caused late fees. Now, I get an email saying that they're doubling the rates. Since they've bought all the surrounding facilities they're the only option. Look for another company.
Facility is clean and kept up. I feel secure with my stuff here.
