Kate, the manager of the Lititz property was wonderful. She was patient with me, explained everything as I had many questions.She was very professional and friendly as well. She is what I would call a "people person". That seems to be rare these days.Thank you so much. If I need storage again, I would definitely contact Kate at CubeSmart storage. My experience with CubeSmart was very positive.
This is my first time storing and it was super easy to do online. The manager Kate called to see if I needed anything and answered a few of my questions. The facility is clean and quiet and I love that my unit has a light! Thank you to the girlies!!!
