lived there for over 5 years. New manager is non-professional, has nasty quick fuse and disposition and makes up her own rules.Rent increases are about 40\$ yearly with 1 bedroom apts going for about 1100-1200/month. 1 bedroom plus small den is about \$1300 and rising. This is a very integrated 55 and over community with many wheelchairs,etc. Many of the 200 residents are on section8 suppl. and/or welfare.There are nicer communities.
