One big scam. Stay away if you want good service. First, they will be annoyed when you ask simple questions such as "will the insurance cover this?". They won't give you a clear answer and refuse to check for you. The person in charge of that will never be available to answer questions but they will ask you to pay in advance pretending that you may get paid back. You don't. Their services are not covered. My 1st time visiting referred as a walk-in due to having a hair speck in my left eye that I could not get out (pretty irritating). Fortunately they could see me with Dr. Kent. Courtney at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant getting me checked in. When I saw Dr. Kent she was Great, professional, informative, helpful, and communicated during my whole visit. I called them in DESPERATE need of the pain I was having from my dry eye! They got me in right away to be seen! I had a procedure done in office that day! From my phone call to lady at front desk to Dr. Holly Ternus seeing me, I must say I absolutely had the BEST experience and would definitely recommend them! The Dr even would text me on her weekend off!! Thank you again Heartland Eye Consultants, you guys are the best!!!
Was very impressed with Dr Turness, Frannie and all. They took time with me, listened, explained procedures, processes and options. I left feeling better and grateful that my eye doctor referred me. Intend to return.
Everyone from the front desk to Dr Kent and Allison, were amazing. We are grateful for the great care and kindness they gave to our son.
