I called them in DESPERATE need of the pain I was having from my dry eye! They got me in right away to be seen! I had a procedure done in office that day! From my phone call to lady at front desk to Dr. Holly Ternus seeing me, I must say I absolutely had the BEST experience and would definitely recommend them! The Dr even would text me on her weekend off!! Thank you again Heartland Eye Consultants, you guys are the best!!!
Today was a follow-up visit from my initial appointment. Both times I have been greeted by the smiling, front desk receptionist as I walk in. I am checked in within minutes after arriving and taken back to a room by the nurse/assistant, who is very pleasant also. Testing is done with an explanation of what to expect throughout the exam. Great staff that care for the patient plus any opinions that I had. Dr Kent was humorous when necessary with me as I was having difficulty holding still for vision test. Dr Kent also was very patient with my questions about the next step.
Okay Long Story, Short Version, I have Been in A ER, 4 Doctors Visits My Local Doctor, and Local Eye Doctor and Been 8 weeks of Irritation and Problems With Vision issues Rubbing 8wks, So My Great Sister Says Go Here I know they will Help, Walked in Quick Paper work and Then I got the Call, went back Still Fighting Eye Problems, Came Back out Not Having the Eye Irritation, On Road to Recovery Thanks to Everyone at the Office, The Ladies out Front are the Best the Young Lady That Took Me Backwash Awesome and Finally the Dr ... read more
Excellent service from start to finish. I have already recommended Dr. Ternes to 2 people and I saw her 2 days ago. Did not at all get the sense that they were just in it for the money. Highly recommend.
