The worst clock in clock out app ever
This app is trash... Nothing works.. Don't waste your time
This is the worst mobile application I have ever seen. There are user options that do absolutely nothing. Other than viewing my timesheet I am unable to do anything else. Can't view or download paystubs, access documents like W-2 form, or access my profile settings. I highly advocate for my employer to find a different company to manage payroll.
My employer uses heartland , however I can't get access to my pay stubs to view, I can't even create an account , I have to asK my employer for pay stubs of If can't get this resolved I am going to switch to paycheck
By far one of the worst payroll apps I've ever used. All ofy employees need their W2's and yet the app just flashes and locks their screen up. I have to print every last one. I will be switching to another payroll system, I suggest using paychex
Doesn't work. Can't login using my credentials even though it's supposed to be the same as the web version.
Terrible
Boots up, but credentials do not work, despite testing that they are indeed correct on the web based platform. Will revise review if/when the issue is corrected. For now I cannot recommend to anyone, especially my employees.
I'm trying to set up another banking direct deposit because I closed my recent one and it won't allow me to. Says I need to configure it. But it won't let me configure it. Please help.
