Microsoft Power Automate is a time saver at a great cost pointUse Cases and Deployment Scope - Microsoft Power Automate is used to reduce touches of repetitive tasks in various departments. It’s used to create workflows such as to-do list from emails. Currently it is not used throughout the company but that is the goal once our core users I have gained a good enough knowledge to support our users. Microsoft Power Automate time saverUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We are using Microsoft Power Automate to automate a lot of our old procedures. For example, we created a Return Material Authorization (RMA) which goes through a process of approvals. Also, have new hire and employee exit forms that automatically create a help desk ticket with Jira. The best part is that you can set it up to run automatically, on schedule, or ever use manual triggers to activate the services.Pros - Saves time -Make live and instant changes -... read more

Microsoft Flow is in its Infancy but has a lot of PotentialUse Cases and Deployment Scope - I evaluated Microsoft Flow's framework for a possible benefit of the integration with a few internal systems. I was looking to automate a few redundant functions and cut down on manual efforts. I have reviewed it with others on the team but it may require more time before we can make the decision. I see a lot of potential with this framework and looking forward to rolling out few automated processes in the future.Pros - Microsoft Flow... read more
WinAutomation - A Real Time SaverUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use WinAutomation to monitor our client FTP folders. When a client posts a file to our FTP site, WinAutomation notices that the file is there, then kicks off a data processing job and posts the file back to the FTP folder for the client to pick up. We also use WinAutomation to perform some data scraping jobs of Java enabled web sites. We set WinAutomation to mimic the clicks a user would make on a web page to get the data we want to extract.Pros - WinAutoma... read more
