We’ve been with Heartland for at least 15 years in three homes with pretty sophisticated irrigation systems. They are prompt, courteous and most importantly, very good at what they do. Our most recent problem was pretty subtle. We had installed a new pressure control valve (PCV) to increase water pressure in the house, which the legacy sprinkler system did not like at all. Excellent workmanship and service. Owner (Brian) is responsive and knowledgeable and doesn't oversell. Scalable install allowed me to implement in phases and Heartland made adjustments as needed periodically to optimize lawn coverage and cycle. Not just a transaction, I feel like I have sprinkler service included with the install price.
Had a great experience with Heartland Sprinklers! Ryan and Jacob came out to inspect our system and offer suggestions for improvements. They were kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. I appreciated their thoroughness and the time they took to explain everything. Overall, a very positive experience — I’m looking forward to a long relationship with the Heartland team!
We contacted Hearland Sprinkler when they were just starting out and were so impressed with Afton and Brian years ago. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Heartland Sprinklers! I contacted the company and Jesse & EZ came right out and found our problem! What amazing and kind and respectful young men. They knew what they were doing and communicated what needed done. I HIGHLY recommend Hearland if you have any sprinkler issues. Top notch company!
They are very professional and polite ~ my regular sprinkler repair company were scheduled twice to come out & never showed up. I called Heartland and 2 days later they arrive & the system is up and running perfectly! In two hours they made numerous repairs most of which I didn’t even know existed but explained a lot of dry areas. I only knew of 4 and they repaired about 10+. I will be using them from now on! Thanks for doing a great job!
