I rented one unit then thought I needed another. Guess what? I needed more space. So I called and they were so helpful. I got a larger unit and they worked with me on changing my smaller units to one large unit. Very nice and very easy to work with. Great company and fantastic customer service. Thanks for you help. When I had an issue with something I called and they got right on it and fixed the issues. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks again
I’ve been trying to get someone from Heartland to call me back for over two weeks. Left countless messages. I pay my rent every month and yet still can’t get any customer service. I live out of town and was in Branson for two days needing to get into my unit. Because it had been three years since I had been there I no longer remembered the gate code (also know it had been changed). Very easy to rent a storage unit. Very friendly people to deal with.
I could of swore it says 24/7 on the website however I can't get in my storage after 10 and I work plus my code has never worked so I got my stuff in storage however I can't get back in to get my stuff when I need it. It's been kind of a hassle.... I've always loved heartland storage this go around has not been the best but I'm sure we will get it figured out eventually. It just sucks to pay for something and not get the full use of what I'm paying for. Thank you sincerely Billie Jo.
Since having my rental unit, I've only had to communicate with the owner and office staff a couple of times and both were exceptional. Everyone I have had contact with, from the answering service, office staff and even the owner, were very professional and pleasant and were very responsive. I would definitely reccommend them.
