Easy rental process, unit was clean on arrival. Easy access and decent parking/driving area
The nice lady at the office was very polite and helpful . They need to give her a bigger place to work. This is the 8 by 10 I rented.
NEVER use Heartland Storage. They will try to scam you with late fees. You call & get no answers, all they say they can do is email a supervisor but no one ever calls you back, until you let them know you understand your legal rights then magically a supervisor is sitting right there but still can't do anything. They will try to lock you out even after proff of your payment.
Being able to do everything online, and having automated payment is great. I took away one star because the unit we rented smells like cat urine (like actually inside the unit). I really hope my stuff is sealed well enough that its not effected.
Ive never had any issues with Heartland. I have had a couple instances where I had a question about something didnt seem quite right with my bill and I called them about it. They always called back quickly and were so nice to talk to and took care of any question or issue I had. Ive had my stuff stored with them, much longer than I ever thought or planned, and I have never had any issue.
