Tri-Sons Storage put its own lock on my unit. When I reported this on Saturday, February 1, 2020, to company by phone, I was able to confirm that my account was paid up without interruption, but that nobody was available to open my unit. The customer service representative said that she would attempt to contact a local employee. Have 2 friends recently get robbed and cameras not working. Hmm
Had unit broken into and important and expensive things stolen. My parents things, my things, and my sisters things. 28 break ins since August and the cameras have not worked in MONTHS. They say they’re “on it” and “value security” when clearly they don’t. If they did, they would have gotten the cameras fixed IN AUGUST. Might I add that it takes a code to get in and somehow people are still managing to get in. Sketchy. Do not rent here. Literally go anywhere else.
STOLEN. All of my family's Priceless Memories. They decided not to fix the cameras and not tell us of COUNTLESS BREAK INS. We were offered 1/mo free to rectify this. HAHAHA ARE YOU SERIOUS? WOW! DO NOT EVER use this to storage company.
Have been a customer for a few years and unbeknownst to me, their videos cameras have not been working for a long time! Over 20 some break ins since August, mine included! They don’t care and good luck talking to corporate to report their negligence. It won’t happen! They didn’t inform anyone of the rash of break ins and doesn’t seem to be an end in sight. Gross negligence!

The facility manager reported the incident immediately and we were all very upset and disappointed that this occurred. We immediately began repairs and adding additional features to improve security. Management is very rude. They care about money NOT their customers. Employees are treated like they are incompetent. I would go elsewhere! Nicole was a dedicated employee and was treated like garbage.
