Luckily I couldn't access my storage to put my things in it before dealing with... no access(could get in where people's rv's and the other businesses are but not where my unit is), no one answering calls, get phone call returned from call center(all nice people) and they can't get ahold of anyone either, they put in a ticket for access. Next day I'm at the front door between 10:30 and 11:30 on the phone getting everything refunded. Just... wow. Complete waste of time. Should have checked the reviews harder
The new building manager, Neil, was super helpful during the move out process over the weekend. Encountered some issues, but he went above and beyond to help resolve things even though it was after business hours. You can tell he cares about the place and is going to do whatever it takes to improve the facility and overall renting experience moving forward. Would highly recommend.
The management is friendly. They contact you back quickly. The inside storage is really nice during rain or the cold weather. The access inside can be a little tight. The only problem I had was with the price increase. Other than that I would have given 5 stars all day long.
Neal was super helpful and friendly. He helped us through the process, showed us to our unit, and explained how it all works. We are quite happy with our check in experience.
Neal the site manager was AMAZING. Super kind and knowledgeable. Helped me get everything set up! Super great! The unit is clean and obviously well taken care of.
