Was nice when you could get ahold of Ashley but now all of the customer service is a call center overseas and they are absolutely no help Update** a regional Manager Victoria reached out to remedy my situation. 4 stars instead of 5 cause they should’ve directed me to her when they couldn’t help me cause I already signed a lease with a different place by the time she got in touch with me.
BAIT AND SWITCH RATES. I signed up with a monthly rent of $185.00. They were not as nice as the storage facility that was more convenient, but slightly less expensive so I went with them. ONE MONTH IN I receive a not that my rent is being raised to $268.00 a month. What a SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Everything was “fine”, but with the new pricing you’d think I’d be able to get into my unit over 24 hours after the snowfall, but no. 3-4 foot drifts are INSANE. If you want renters to bring their own shovels than the prices need to go back down or at least go down in the winter time if we can’t even access our things. We have had 4 units at this facility for over 10 years. Absolutely loved the previous owners, but since it changed ownership a few years ago, it’s been a nightmare. Our prices have almost doubled, sometimes without notice. We were charged late fees although we’ve been on auto pay and never missed a payment in 10 years, with no explanation. No one answers the phone ever. There’s only an AI answering service.
