Everything was “fine”, but with the new pricing you’d think I’d be able to get into my unit over 24 hours after the snowfall, but no. 3-4 foot drifts are INSANE. If you want renters to bring their own shovels than the prices need to go back down or at least go down in the winter time if we can’t even access our things. Ashley was very nice and pleasant. She was out cleaning units and came and introduced her self and let us know that she is now in the office 2 days a week that if we need anything to let her know. We thought that was very professional of her since no one has been in the office quite some time. 5 stars for for Ashley
They were absolutely wonderful. They were patient when I was dealing with some issues with the location management . When we got to our 2nd location (backup up plan) they emptied and strategically placed all of my items in a storage unit from a 26 foot truck. FAST and RESPECTFUL THE ENTIRE TIME!! 😁😁😁😁😁 !!!!!!!! I spoke with Krystal and she was excellent at her job of walking me through signatures and completing all signing. She stayed patient and kind. I could only hope to have an agent like her every time one is needed in life. Sincerely, Joni Sommers
They advertise that they have onsite staff which is a lie. If they did then they would know that there are homeless people living in their units. Which has now caused issues for the businesses that are around them. It is a very dangerous and unsafe environment for those around these storage units. No one answers the phone when you call the number. Nor do they return phone calls.
