The storage unit facility has reasonable sized units but the overall customer service is worse than terrible. I normally just let poor customer service go without response but the company that owns or manages this site does not respond to calls. I have waited more than 25 minutes at several times before giving up or when I do finally talk to someone they promise to do a follow up call and it never happens. The owners of the site now want everything to be virtual communications with no manager on site. That capability and lac... read more

I was able to call the office and get help with a unit. Then filled out everything online for the unit and then stopped in the office purchased a lock and got my unit. They are extremely helpful. And it’s right down the road which is nice.
They will take your money and give U a bad unit and when your things are destroyed the 3rd party claims will not pay U back for your precious things
