4 stars because some of the units at the Miller location do leak. Other than that this company is very easy to with. Getting ahold of someone in the office can be a small challenge. If you are persistent you will get ahold of someone though.
I have had many storage units across the United States traveling with the company I worked for. I have to say by far Heartland Storage is amazing in so many ways. I am going to list my most important. Customer service is over the top! I am not perfect and forget to pay they go out of there way for reminders and over the top, the nicest about it. Understanding!
