This complex was recently taken over by a company called Go Store It. When the change occurred, they stated there would be no rate increases. Despite that, I received a notification today that in 30 days my monthly bill will rise from $111 to $162 — a 32% increase. On top of that, during the transition I was required to call and update my automatic payments, which meant waiting on hold for over two hours before I could speak with someone.
It was quick and easy to rent via the web move in was instant with pmt so so easy I will recommend heartland storage to ev1 I know!!
Same as some of the other people in here went from $58 a month in 3 months then jumped to $87 a month no notice. Do not recommend this place
