Recommendedwent to move my sisters unit to her new house. EVERYTHIINNNGG had mold on and in boxes aswell as rat turds.. EVERYTHING IS RUINED. I'm sure there's mold still in our cars.. my sister bought the best insurance and they never insured it accordingly. this place is moldy you can see the water in the other units and they seem like crooks for not wanting to pay out or properly insuring the unit.. i have lots of pictures to prove the water damage too.. if they don't make things right we'll be contacting the B.B.B. and I.D.O.I. ... read more
I have now called, text, and emailed asking how to change my access code. When I called, the “knowledgeable” staff member did not know and said I would get a call back immediately. Never got a call. Never got a response from my text or email. My unit also has no camera security coverage at all. One camera on whole section is pointed directly down towards other side. I really hope my unit is not accessed without my knowledge as I have had to purchase a new lock considering I can not get a simple answer to a simple question on... read more
