I have always had great customer service with heartland. Anytime I had a question, concern, or needed a repair Tanya was always prompt and took care of any issue I had. Tanya is an excellent employee to heartland storage and shes my go-to girl. Thank you for your dedication and wonderful customer service Tanya!!!
Great experience with this company! Super easy set up, didn’t have to go in person to rent the unit which is a huge help for busy schedules! Shout out to Ranjith and Krystal for the great service!
We used the Miller location for several years and had absolutely no complaints. Tanya was always helpful and very attentive. Very reliable on returning our phone calls and sending out monthly emails. We saw increasing rental fees when Heartland was bought out by a larger company and the new fees were too pricey in our opinion so we ended our contract. Even when the company changed hands, Tanya still maintained exceptional office assistance!
The team is super helpful and makes things a lot easier!!! I definitely recommend. I talked to Luis G today and he got me exactly what I needed.
My daughter has a shed and it was nice and clean and priced right so when I needed one I knew where to go
