We used the Miller location for several years and had absolutely no complaints. Tanya was always helpful and very attentive. Very reliable on returning our phone calls and sending out monthly emails. We saw increasing rental fees when Heartland was bought out by a larger company and the new fees were too pricey in our opinion so we ended our contract. Even when the company changed hands, Tanya still maintained exceptional office assistance!
Highly recommend! Ask for Tanya she will help you out in anyway possible. She goes out of her way to make sure her tenants are satisfied.
Was awesome with original owners. Now it has been bought out by an international company. Rates have more than tripled in the last year with the only explanation being to keep up with market. When you call them you get India as I asked my representative where he was based out of. Would never use again! 39 storage down the road is much cheaper with nicer facilities
The units numbering are incorrect. The young lady that manages them is always very helpful. The reason I’m giving 3 stars are the numbers being incorrect and the price is very high for the area.
